This is a long story so i'll keep it short. I bought a garret gt35r turbo, but the guy had a mix up, his brother sent the wrong turbo to the wrong house and now the other buyer dosen't want to send back my turbo so im stuck with this t4 turbo, unless i press charges!! i told the guy to refund me back $300 and i will keep this turbo...anyway i end up getting a precision turbo with a cold .70a/r and a hot .68 a/r t4 turbo...The hosing has a "R" on it but im not sure what it means. I went to the precision website and saw some turbos with these specs and they were all dual ball bearing gt35r type turbos.. im just not sure if what i got is a gt35r????...I checked all the numbers on the turbo but came up with nothing!!! My question, do you guys know what turbo i have? And how would the 4g63 react with a full t4 turbo? please don't say full spool by 5500 or 6000 rpm..If thats the case then i'll use use this turbo on my 2.6lt g54b starion engine:cool:

I would call percision and ask them.

if he wont refund you money id press charges.

If you payed by paypal caontact paypal, they will give him 1 week to refund it or they will get the money for you.

ive used the paypal refund befor when i got the wrong part and the guy wouldnt take it back or refund me.

OK the turbo has 3000 miles on it so he says..(there is no shaft play).....I found what kind of turbo it is.. here it is.. http://www.full-race.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=214_162&products_id=253 I told him to give me a t4 manifold, or $300 cash...we'll see what happens.... my only question is how will the a 2.0 4g63T react with this large of a turbo???? being that it's not ball bearing i say full spool by 5500 rpm with a good tune....

What do you mean bad? explain.......as in it's not going to spool like a Evo III turbo.....or bad as in this is a drag only turbo don't expect full spool until 6 or 7 grand?????

bad as in you don't have enough to support power like that!

Ok, mabye i'll use this turbo on my starion then....or i could build a 2.3 stroker.....I have seen alot of dsms running 60-1 turbos i just never seen one running a .70 a/r t4 60-1....anyway o well... i might just put it on there anyway so i can speak from experience not just hersay.....Have any of you guys ran a turbo of this type?

Call Precision and tell them the serial number(s) and then tell us inducer/exducer sizes and such. Is it ball bearing? If it's a crazy drag turbo and you can't use it, don't bother yourself making a 2.3L stroker... Just press charges. You shouldn't burden yourself with their mistake.

Demand what you originally ordered or you'll press charges.

I bought this turbo from a another person....using paypal...he had his brother send the turbo, and he sent the wrong turbo.....another person got my gt35r, and he won't send it back..........This turbo is a non ball bearing gt35r...so figure a dual ball bearing gt35r full spool is around 4000-4500 so this turbo ###### will spool a 1000 slower 5000-5500...like i said i might just get my money back...
