A/R on a 6262sp

Hey guys.. Im looking to upgrade my turbo setup, i was looking at the popular 6262sp.. But i wanna go with the t4 manifold, now my question is.. What would be the right A/R to go with a stock engine? I say stock because all i have is pistons and a little bit of head work, 272 and 264 hks cams and dual springs and retainers.. I was thinking on the 68 a/r but i hear that 68 a/r is really noting, that i should go with the 81 a/r.. I need help before i go and order the wrong turbo... Im getting the Dart performance t4 manifold to go with the turbo
