I am starting to get parts to together for my DOHC 2.4 n/a. I love the 4g64 and want to stick with n/a for now. I have my eyes set on the top n/a horsepower of 176.

Plan:
-75mm/ or ported 1g 60mm tb
-sheet metal intake
-crazy head-probably from jam
-cams

Installed already:
-1g 60mm tb
-turbo ecu
-450cc injectors
-safc ii

Question:
What cams should I get?

Is this for a 420a car? it wont fit them. I would run factory 4g64 rods and pistons. Its been reported that a dohc head on a factory 64 bottom end yeilds 11:1 compression. Perfect for a street N/T motor. I don't belive you would want to run turbo cams. you will want something with a narrower lobe center, and more overlap than a turbo application. you will want a nice big tube equal length header, preferably with a merge collector.

i have always wanted to do a N/T motor like this..

finally someone doing a setup that i had in mind...do you have pics of the setup? does the 4g63 head bolt up?? was it hard getting the timing right?? did you use the non turbo head? my head on my 4g64 is on its way out...

Yea, I wasn't going to do anything to the bottom block but if I don't raise the compression I wont make power. I guess its on the back burner right now
