I am debating on what cams to get and what profie. What is the difference between crowers and brian crowers and also what size 272/264, 272/272, 280/280. I'm building the whole head with new springs and everything. I'm looking for around 400-500whp. I can also get my hands on a set of delta cams little to nothing.

Does anybody know about the 4g64 with the 4g63 dohc? What cams should I run?

Depends on what turbo your going to run. For example if your going to run an HX35 and your goal is 500hp max might as well go with the 280's. I know that cams act different in a stroker engine, so the 280's will act more like 272's on your 2.4. Delta cams are good but I've been hearing PowerDivision cams are the way to go. I think you need to do more research.

What good springs should I get with the bc280s. Are the bc springs good enough or should I go with something else?

One last thing are the bc valves worth the 260 or are they just like stock its the standard size
