Hi guys. I can’t unscrew castle nut to remove timing cover on 4g64 engine ( outlander 2003) . I tried method with flat screw driver and hitting edges, didn’t work. Put a lot of penetrating fluid and tried again and it didn’t work. My question is there any castle nut socket I can use for this problem? Or I remember seeing somewhere on the internet removal tool for this nut . Thank you in advance. Max

Marty ground a regular socket to fit, I cut some copper pipe, I'm sure there is a specific tool but I can't seem to find the old SPX Miller tool site.

After some searching I see that my friend Ed posted the part number as MD998162-01 for the factory tool. And with that you'll find several other posts referencing it.
