4g63 N/T (Eu) Transmission 1996 On 4g63T 1999 dsm

So i bought a 1999 gst block with a auto trans and i wanted to know if a transmission from a 4g63 non turbo 1996 will be able to fit. If yes what is the hp the tranny max can handle? tranny is a really old one has like 350k km (200k miles)

i would think the 2g euro-spec transmission is basically the exact same as the 2g GST trans. If anything is different, i would assume would only be the gearing and/or clutch assembly.

Are we talking 5 speed? This is an interesting question as there was no non turbo 4g63 in the USA. Would a 5 speed be an f5m33 or f5m22 like the US 1g 5 spd? It doesn't exist here so without further review hard to say what clutch, flywheel, gearing etc. If it bolts to a 4g63 it would physically work but who knows what else it might do. Non turbo trans may do like US and have a smaller clutch etc.
