I put in a new 6 puck disc with a new stock pressure plate and machined the flywheel; I have used this set before; it's been 6 months into the clutch my slave goes out leaks (replaced it) drove fine for a month kept bleeding it like 2 weeks somehow it didn't like the bleeding. Then the other day it worked perfectly with some slight clutch engagement problems into 1st when cold; then fine until about 3 days ago. Now when I press the clutch it doesn't want to go into any gear, I checked for leaks no leaks; I adjusted the master cylinder and it worked for a couple of miles and then bad again when I play with the clutch pedal it'll go in and then it gets hard again....I don't know what else to do other than remove the tranny and do it all over again (don't want to do that right now) any suggestions? I had a question about the slave cylinder, if the car is parked and you get under the car are we supposed to be able to move the fork towards the slave cylinder or is there suppose to be pressure resistance?? I keep believing it could be a hydraulic issue..want to replace the master or slave cylinder thus my question above.

There should be resistance if your trying to move the fork by hand with the slave cylinder attached. It sounds like a slave or master cylinder problem to me. Can you manually put the transmission into gear by pulling and pushing on the shifter arms? Have you had someone else look under the car at the slave cylinder as someone is pushing down on the clutch, just to visual see if the slave cylinder is pushing the fork back and forth?

yes I have and it does move forward but somehow I think it's not the proper pressure. Is there some other way to check the pressure?

Check your master cylinder;)

How can I check master while still on the car?

Well after trying to talk myself out of taking down the tranny; I ended up doing it anyway this is what I found....When I took it apart there were springs from the clutch stuck between the pressure plate and flywheel. So thus no clutch engagement. Put a new disc pressure plate and lightweight flywheel...waiting on 500 miles break in the new clutch. Problem solved, oh and by the way you can push the rod back with your hand.

Correction it was a 4 puck; the new one is a 6 puck disc thank goodness it wasn't the 6 because I wouldn't know what happened to the rest of the pucks ROFL
