4G63 into a 00 hyundia elantra

I was wondering has anyone done this.. Its my GF's car and i thought it would be fun to do it. Its a 2L 16v already but a POS... If its dumb to the swap. Do the 1g or 2g DSM manifolds bolt up to the hyundia 2L 16v.

i dont know the answer, but i might be able to help you out if the answer is no...

there will be 10 screws total... 1 under each runner, 1 in between each runner... above the runners slightly, the egr vavle will be on the passanger side... and there will be one screw above that and one below farther towards the passanger side...

if the location of any of these things is obviously wrong, the manifold will not work...

edit: shit... which manifold are you talking about, this is for the intake manifold... i just realised your probably talking about the exaust...

Im pretty sure that doesnt hold true for 00 hyundai's. Early 90 hyundai's (I believe elantra) had n/a 4g63s in them.

Person I work with @ stylinconcepts has done it. Basically an uber light GS-T. That thing cooks tires, and can whoop my ass pretty easily.

Do it if you have the money. Its a great sleeper.
