I have a 95 ESI that was an auto. I Swapped a 99 engine in with a 95 5 speed with a 95 RS harness. I ran across this one plug not having a visible place to go. It's near the throttle body area. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it..

That looks like the main lower harness plug (has been known to be forgotten on engine swaps). It goes under the intake manifold and plugs into a harness that heads to your "lower stuff", .

If you crawl under the car and follow the harness that's attached to the alternator, it should lead you to the mate for what you are holding
