Hey guys. Im new to the forums, but I am pretty knowlegable when it comes to DSMs.

I have 2 questions for you guys, and again im sorry if these are answered already, but i just couldnt find the answer that best met my questions.

1st question.

I was wondering what bolt on mods you guys would recommend, I already have a full catback 2.5 exhaust, Cold air intake, and headers. I was wondering what other bolt on mods you guys would say i should get. Im not looking for the "fastest bolt on 420A" But just a little something to make her a little more zippy. It is a Auto by the way, which yes i know your going to say, get a 5spd for it, but I am a full time student, which does make funds limited, but not in the sense that I cant afford anything.

2nd question.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to "dress up" My engine bay? Like I heard of EGR block off plates and such, but are there any other "tricks of the trade" that i can apply to this? I do have projector headlights with a Xenon conversion kit installed, I also installed a Grill in the front, and moved the license plate from the center to the right side of the bumper.

Im just looking for some ideas to make this car more "eye candy" but still have a little bit of zip to go with it.

Thanks much, and again I appreciate the help and im looking forward to becoming more active on the forum.

I can't think of any other bolt on mod that you can do to your car...
You already did the most basic ones.

-You can do Light weight UDP.

other than next step would be a bolt on turbo... which still won't be that easy or cheap.

-You would need someone with knowledge to help you out.
-Wont be able to boos more than 8psi on stock internals.
-I really don't know how much HP an automatic transmission can safely handle.

For you second question...

-If you do a block off EGR you will have a CEL.
-You can do an engine wire tuck, but that would need to be done by someone who knows
really good about it.

Hope it helps...

First question, how hard did you look? There is a million threads around here for power adders not to mention Tech Guide: 2G 420A Power Upgrades - DSMtuners

For the 2nd question, get a painted/powder coated valve cover and look on eBay for some colored wire loom, and spray paint your intake manifold to match or contrast, thats a bunch of cheap ways to really dress up the engine. Also I think removing the PS/AC makes the engine look way cleaner, as well as adds performance. There is another thread around here for "who has the nicest 420a engine bay" which you can get ideas from.
