Hey guys! I have a 98 GS that I’m putting a95-97 tank in. My current one has the charcoal canister in the tank but you can no longer get them. So I’m using a 95-97. I can’t seem to find any info on deleting the emissions crap from my specific car. Please help! Thank you!

That isn't a very direct question but maybe this will help. For the tank you need to either make a block off plate to fit the canister flange, or find the proper canister to install but do not connect hoses. Obviously the huge hole can't be left. You'll also need to cap off this port on the throttle body to prevent a vacuum leak. Go ahead and remove the lines & check valve from the engine bay to clean things up a bit. I never saw the point in keeping an evap system on these cars unless you have mandated inspections to pass.
