Resolved 420A Unknown plug identification

So I bought a barn car where the wiring had both been chewed on and modified. I'v.got all of the important wiring redone but I can't seem to find what this plug is supposed to go to. Vehicle is a 2G non turbo 98. I've looked at the wiring diagram and I'm either blind or it's not there. This is behind the drivers side headlight and under the fuse box. The horn and light are plugged in and idk what this is supposed to go to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
