420A 420a soft and quiet tick/rattle

I've noticed a slight tick or rattle when I'm at a dead stop and give it a soft rev. The sound appears when the rpm's are almost back at idle. I've done ove 5000$ of major maintenance like timing kit/ water pump, clutch, flexplate, all engine and trans mounts, drive belt, thermostat, valve cover gasket, clutch master, and both front hubs. I can't hear it when I'm driving through the gears, it's only when I'm at a complete stop and giv it a rev and can hear it as the rpm's come back down. I'll try to get a video and use my stethoscope when I get back home.

Or perhaps a vibration of something a little loose like a timing belt cover?
