Ok so here's a funny story. One of my friends grenaded my tranny in my RS literally. So he went to a local junk yard and picked a new tranny up. The new tranny is from a '99 and it's got 110k. We just put it in the car yesterday. The problem came when we tried to shift into 2nd, 4th, and reverse, It won't go in at all! I checked the cables and there fine. I also made sure it was full of fluid prior to starting it up. Any Ideas on whats going on?WTF

My second question is on the same car. What kind of clutch is the best to use in a 420a? I know the 4g63's love ACT clutches. I heard from a couple of people and websites that either a LUK or Sachs clutch is the best. And is it cheaper or more expensive to switch to a non-modular clutch?thanx:confused:
