Nv t350 manual transmission makes grinding noise I drained gear oil it's lucas 75/90 so no shavings bought same fluid put back in same problem am I using the wrong oil

i dont think its an oil problem, sounds like a syncro, had the same problem in another car i had, had to get a syncro replaced

I had the same problem with my previous. Make sure the clutch is fully bled, full fluid, the slave cylinder and master cylinder are in good shape, then try adjusting the clutch pedal assembly. There is a great video by jacks transmissions.

The clutch is grabbing I just don't want something major to b wrong can I try adjusting the pedal and how to I do that

You are using the wrong oil. The nvt350 does not use regular gear oil. You want to use oil from the dealer (mitsubishi or chrysler) or use AMS oil specifically for the NVT transmissions.

Hopefully you havnt destroyed the trans.
