Nv-t350 manual transmission fwd where is the input shaft bearing located as well as output bearing is one on the bell housing but on the back side cause I see a roller bearing their

Both the front input shaft bearing and the front output shaft bearing are located behind the bell housing. You will have to remove the bell housing to see them. The bell housing case contains the larger front output shaft bearing (which is located in the center) and the smaller front input shaft bearing (off to the side). The input and output shafts are pressed in the rear bearings as well as having a snap ring, so the snap rings will have to be removed and the shafts must be pressed out.

If the bearing is on bell housing their is no reason to pull the drivetrain out

That is correct if all you need to replace are the front bearings.
