420A 420a Engine block rebuild

I'm the process of planning to rebuild my 420a and using it as a daily driver, and
I'm considering using forged parts. Would it better to use a forged crank, forged rods or both?

It really depends on your goals for the car. You say a daily driver. If you don't ever plan on putting a turbo on it, I wouldn't use forged internals because that would be overkill and more money. But if you do plan on putting a turbo on it one day, I would suggest going the forged internals route.
