How strong is the engine block on a 420a nt

I assume you mean how well it holds up under power. The block is cast iron and alone is very robust. If you mean the factory internals, they are safely good to about the mid 200whp. Of course age/miles/wear/maintenance plays a big role in how "strong" an engine is.

My 420a burns no oil. And I've been spraying nitrous on a motor with high miles. Maintenance is everything man.

A lot of people cheap out of maintenance and go straight for performance mods then wonder why something went wrong.

I probably change my oil more often than I should but I'm glad I don't have any issues.
