I had the Bullfrog/Gude cams in my N/T, bought some 420A stock cams off eBay, and had my mechanic swap them. The cams fit right in and everything bolts up, but apparently the lobes are WAY different than his stock 420A cams (he's got another one torn apart at the shop). The car of course won't start. They almost look exactly opposite.
I don't know what they came out of, it's been too long since I bought them to look at the listing.

Of all the different cars that had 420A's in them, did some have cams that were way different like this, or what is going on?

the dohc neon motor was the same block just reversed heads that could explain for the " exact opposite look
