Anyone near shrewsbury/md that wanna cruise up together? PM me if so. Also, everything food/drink wise is covered correct?

If someone has a 7cm^2 housing for a 16g they'd like to get rid of, bring it. I broke a bolt off in my turbine housing and really f'd up trying to drill it out.

I'll also have a box full of random parts. Not sure what's all in it right now.

I have a new ebay 7cm 16G housing.... but I'm not coming to the meet so if you want it PM me.

Tom,
If you are not coming, then who will provide the “special radiator mount” as a consolation prize? I guess you will have to make it so we have that award.

I have five packages of those tasty low fat hotdogs set aside to bring (in addition to the other stuff). Two of the packages will probably be eaten by me.

97 GSX 97,
I could be passing through 309 South. If you are in Perkasie, then I could give you a ride. I am driving a Fiero, meaning it is lacking room. Plus, stuff will be in the small trunk, leaving little room for additional stuff.

I shall bring some assorted parts from my 2g GSX, as well as some universal parts. If my GSX were repaired, then I could have brought a 7 bolt small block (minus any bearings).
Jim

Thanks for the offer but I don't really prefer to go to a meet without my own car. Plus if I even have time this weekend to do anything I'm going to try to fix the car.

I'm looking for connectors for the 'Oil Pressure Switch (Dummy Light)' or 'Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge Unit' with a bit of wire on them, either connector will work:

This is for a 2g, but if the 1g connector is the same then that's fine.

Also looking for the piece on the 'Oil Pressure Switch (Dummy Light)' that the connector plugs onto - it's screwed into the sensor. Either 1g or 2g will work - I just need the part the connector goes on, not the whole sensor.

I'm looking for a bunch of these for a wiring project so let me know what you have. If anybody has these lying around let me know!

On my car, I just have a ring terminal on the end of that wire that bolts to the dummy light with that screw you're talking about. It seems a lot more secure than that clip.

And I'm just throwing this out there, but would anyone be interested in CDs that have everyone's photos on them? Basically, I'd setup my laptop and one of those 15-in-1 memory car readers and everyone could stop by near the end of the meet. I'd copy the photos to my computer then burn CD's (or data DVD's depending on the number of photos I get) and mail them out. I think I could do it for $3 for people who give me photos, $4 for those who don't give me photos, and $4.50 if someone decides later and has to Paypal me the money. Shipping in a padded envelope would cost about $1.50, so I really wouldn't be making much money on it. Especially if it takes several CD's or DVD's to fit all the pictures. Would take me about 2 weeks to have them at your door. I'm on vacation for the week after the meet or they'd be done sooner. I really can't burn them at the meet because it would take too long and I wouldn't have everyone's photos until the end.

If you let me add the photos to the group disk, you'd only be giving me permission to distribute the photos on that disk, and in no other way. So if you also wanted to later edit them and sell them to members, you'd be free to. I wouldn't post them anywhere else. All the photos would be separated into folders named after the photographer so everyone would get credit.

I just remember all the photos last year and the trouble of getting even a small chunk of them posted.

I'm looking for those particular connectors for a special wiring project I'm doing. I'm just being picky and would like "nice" connectors.

You would need a DVD just for all the photos/video I'll be taking ROFL

My photos will be shot in RAW mode and would be way too big, even after converting them to JPEG.

I think it's a decent idea though.

#### that you know how many people wouldn't go? Guys its a car meet that we're bringing food too not a bbq we're bringing our cars too. There will be food and ppl willbring stuff relax. I was so caught up in meeting ppl and looking at cars i barely even ate anything last year.

The problem is it puts a huge burden on other people. Some people are signed up to bring a good $50-$75 worth of food because no one else is stepping up to bring stuff. It's not hard to bring even just one item. Some help from everyone is better than none at all.

Here are a list of things that I'm bringing for sale. I might have more, but I'll have to check:

T66 - T4/dbb
Tial 38mm WG - red
GM 3.3 bar map sensor
90 CAS

Wes,
Would you allow people to bring a USB flash drive? No mailing required, but it may take too much time.

Eric's weather forecasat:

Sunny, no rain, warm, 100% chance of cars :)

Well these are DSMs....maybe like 85% chance, haha.

In case anyone cares (or even knows about my car), I figured out my alternator issue and unless something else crops up (*knock on wood), I'll be at the meet with the Talon on Sunday :thumb:

Yeah. I sometimes forget just how much memory it takes to even shot jpeg files in 10.1MP. I have all the necessary conversion software and I can bring the 320gb external HD if you're really feeling photog.

I think I can get DVD's for about 25 cents each if I hit up a sale. So as long as it doesn't take more than 4 I think I'll be fine. :p

From the sounds of it, even a 16gb flash drive might not be enough. I could always to a bulk resize on all the photos down to normal people standards. I might have to from the sounds of it. And that takes some time, even with my decently fast laptop.

That's what my local weatherman is calling for too. :D

My car keeps throwing problems at me too. Today I fixed a leaky VC seal (no more oil leak onto the exhaust heat shield!), made a new spark plug cover since the other one got etched by spraying coolant, firmly secured my MBC, checked my sparkplug gap, and emptied my oil catch can. Yesterday I changed the front brake pads. Now it seems that one of the pistons in the driver's side caliper may be sticking a bit. That rotor felt a bit warmer than the passenger one after I got to work last night. :ohdamn: And that caliper was just replaced 8 months ago. I'm going to have to take a look at it after work tomorrow. It was raining when I got home today, so I couldn't tell if it was still dragging or not.

Otherwise, all I have left is to fix the broken FMIC bracket, straighten the front bumper (it's crooked along the hood line), and fix a few rust spots (down by the corners of the doors). If I get that done, I'll be happy. There's still about a dozen stupid little things I'd like to do just to clean things up, but there's just not enough time.

My car is a LOT different than how it was last year.

And a few of my friends a bought and reopened a shop out in the Philly area. So I'm going to stop by their place and get my car inspected Monday morning. That should save me some hassle later. ;)

Hey if anyone has 1000CC injectors forsale, can you give me a price and bring them to the meet? I really need to get 1000CCs.

Remember everyone, if you are passing through Harrisburg, there will be a group of us meeting at Bob Evans on Eisenhower Blvd. at 7am so we can all ride down together!

I have the chili meat marinating and getting it all ready to go :thumb:

Sorry for the late RSVP but I'm coming with my 2G. Please tell me what I can bring so that i can contribute as well. Can't wait!!! Looks like its gonna be awesome.

I don't want to step on Brian's toes here, but it looks like we could use some more sides. There seems to be a decent amount of meat, but we look short on stuff like coleslaw, macaroni salad, etc.

Its only.a burden if you start stressing things you can't control. Again its about THE CARS i think some people are losing sight of that. If there was no.food at all i would still come and have a great time every year as long as nice dsms keep coming.
