3in gm maf came off which gm vehicles

I have been searching google and on here, I cannot find the answer, what gm vehicles had a 3in gm maf, vehicle and year please.

85-92 iroc or z28 camaro with the 305 or 350 has the 3 in maf may be others but i know that one for sure. They are around 230$ band new from autozone.

No hit the junkyard. They are on a lot more vehicles than just that. You will be surprised what you fine them in.

Read that link above my post. Look how huge the list of cars is. I found 3 gm mafs in the junkyard in one day when I went to look for one.

If its a pull yourself type of junkyard its like 89% cheaper. I bet a gm maf at the part store would be over $150 and most likely its oem part only.

They charge like $15 at the junkyard here for one.

okay, so I read the stuff in the link and then another link and so on and I am totally confused. so I can get a MAF sensor off a whole lot of GM vehicles but I need a translator to make sure it works. do the the translators come with the sensor or GM donor vehicle or is it something I gotta buy seperate at a store?

You gotta buy it seperate.You can buy on lots of dsm parts sites click a vendor off of this website and odds are they sell it.

Yea I used to sell them on ebay but now they sell for so cheap it aint worth it.

To the OP you have to buy the Maf-Translator to run the gm maf. This converts the signal so our ecu can understand it. Also gives you fuel control like an SAFC so you can tune the motor.
