3" Aluminum intake pipe for 2G MAS?

I know of the Injen pipe but that is sized for the stock turbo. Is there one available for a 3" turbo inlet? I'm trying to match the rest of my intake piping. The cast FP pipe I have on there right now uses a 4-3" reducer coupler that is smashed up against my water pipe and hose. I'd rather have something that fits a little better, matches, and is lighter than a cast piece.

I guess I could just get an Injen pipe, cut it and have a 3" elbow welded on...

Click on Intake Pipes under 1st Generation - I think CIP-1gR or CIP-1gS is what you're looking for.

Edit: crap, they're not aluminum. Maybe they could custom make an aluminum one for you.

Won't a 4" silicone coupler fit over the 2g MAS? If so, I was thinking a 4"-3" coupler to a custom made 3" alum. pipe. There's a few 3" intakes on ebay but they're for 1g so I'm not sure if that would fit.

Before you think about buying a $250 Injen pipe just to hack up you might want to check this out EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Extreme PSI Intake Kit : Mitsubishi Eclipse Turbo 95-99

Same style as the injen at about $100 less.

I believe Extremepsi and SLS both offer a 3" aluminum pipe as well, but neither are tapperd to fit the 2g mas.

You might also think about doing something like this if you can find a stock 2g intake pipe for cheap and then just buy the 3" pipe from SLS or Extremepsi.

By the way I believe Grant has an Injen pipe sitting in his basement he doesnt need, maybe PM him.

Just ran outside and measured mine. ID at the end is 1 and 7/8th inches. OD at the end is 2 and 1/4th inches.

Dejon makes one that you need. You can get it without the recir and to fit the 2g MAS. If you use a S bend 3" aluminum pipe go to home depot and get a 4" to 3" coupler from the plumbing department.

Dejon pipes are steel, not aluminum, except for their cold air intake pipe. I've had about 4 or 5 Dejon pipes. Nice pieces, but I'm moving to all aluminum piping under the hood.
