420A 2gNT High rev idle

I have the 97 eclipse gs. My motor revs at like 3.5 all the time . I’ve changed the maf sensor, ideal control sensor , throttle sensor , alternator checked hoses for vacuumed leaks nothing. It only revs super high 4.0-4.5rpms when I start it and when I press in the clutch. What else could I check?

The engine can't rev that high without the air. So before replacing something, look for vacuum leak once again and fix all leak. Also check the throttle cable adjustment and condition.
