High Idle After Reving

I have searched and cleaned my throttle body and all of the things that I found on my search.

After i give the car gas, It revs between 1100 - 1500. When I first start it up it sits perfectly at the 900 which i have it set in dsmlink.

When it starts to rev high like so, I can get it back to normal by slightly pressing the throttle body closed. I dont know what else to do. Is the throttle cable off? Is my throttle body done? Im kinda lost right now.

drive the car around till it warms up than readjust the cable position and you should be set!!

Yup, thats exactly what i just did. Once warm, it idles perfectly at 900. Now I just need to replace or weld up my ex mani. Its leaking a tad causing me to run lean(15.3-5ish) at idle.

Then im all good and ready for a tune.
