car die after reving high and comming to a stop

Need help...after installing l2r, supra fuel pump and denso 660cc injector she won't rev high or if she does the rpm will drop down to 0 rpm and die, or while driving she will also die when comming to a stop. Anyone know what the problem is? Also can I weld the exhaust manifold or is it gonna melt? I'm planning to weld my egt to the manifold as it's the last option for me now.

I would like to hear some responses to these questions as well. I have come across both of these problems. As far as the stalling problem, I have heard that the brake booster may be faulty. I am not sure if this is true or not.
