2G Talon wont start. Need help asap!!

So, i've been working on this build for years, so really i guess this could be anything. but hear me out. I have spark, and fuel. I have an afpr and a 190 wally. I also have 550's that i've never run in this before. Problem is, I have no power going to my ecu. Both main power supply wires dont have any power... checked all my fuses. What could this be? But even when I run 12V to those wires, it still won't start. Any help would be great. If I need to post more details, just let me know. I need this thing started, I'm moving so please let me know.

Check the compression on that car, if you have spark and fuel, all you need is compression for the car to start. Could be bad head gasket, worn piston rings, wrong timing etc...

could be bad ecu. Make sure your key is in the on position when you check for power current
