Alright I made the switch to SD, changed all necessary setting in ECMLink (as far as I can see from reading and videos). It cranks, but wont really start, when it does it runs for a couple seconds and sputters out. Ran when parked on the MAF.

I'll post a log of cranking if anyone wants to look and see what they can see. I'm trying to learn all this on my own as I don't really have the extra money to have someone do it for me so please no hate. LOL.

Bail on the front o2 along with the rear o2 thing. It's all over the place and causing havoc. On the NBO2 sim tab, check the box to enable and see what happens.

Nothing else stands out to me as 'wrong'. If simulating the o2 cleans this up, I don't see an issue doing a WOT pull to calibrate the fuel system.
I will try the nbo2 sim and see what happens. I do notice my AirFlowPerRev is only at .20 and even when I got into SD table to try and raise this it doesn't change. Also my MAP when not started says -1.2 psi. Could these be problems?

I'm taking off work at lunch to work on car some more. Gonna try the suggestions and if that doesn't get any better, i may try going back to the maf and see if i can dial in airflow and fuel on it, then try the switch to SD. I'll keep updated. Also going to go back through all wiring and make sure every cut/splice connection is secure.
 
alright guys i know its been a few days LOL but im back. Found out my exhaust wasnt sealing at the downpipe flanges, (front o2 was reading rich but wb in rear o2 spot was reading lean) so i addressed that. Still havent tried simulating narrowband and dont plan on it ( no rudeness or disrespect intended) but front o2 works as it should. Anyway heres my latest idle logs, I have a cold start to operating temp, and a warm start. LMK what i can improve Im trying to be driving it by my birthday thursday LOL
 
guess my log didn't post yesterday LOL. Here's a log from cold start to operating temps and i feel like I've got it pretty dialed on idle. Check it out and lmk please. I'm trying to get this going.

Took her out for a nice long birthday (mine) cruise. Goal was to have it driving by now, and it is for the most part. Got a nice long log to gander upon if you feel it in the kindness of your hearts to give me some more pointers and insight. I've been doing all the reading and watching to learn i just need that affirmation 🤣 🤣 🤣 I doubt myself way too much LOL. Anyway here it is, very long, lmk thanks! :pray:

Alright I've got a 3rd gear wot log from ~2k-4krpm range. Let me make sure im understanding this correctly for scaling injectors. Take the wide band factor number, add it too 100, divide 100 by that number, then multiply that times the injector cc number currently in the fuel tab and that will be the injector size to work towards... right? so for instance in this log, id take my wbfactor (~25%) add that to 100 giving me 125. Then divide 100 by 125 to get 0.8. Multiply 0.8 time the current injector size (1163) equaling 930.4. So i should be working towards 930 cc injector size incrementally and lowering deadtime while doing so. Just wanna make sure im on the right page before making changes. heres the log. Also I see my tps line is kinda jagged, Wiring maybe? I did have to replace the connector and used those solder and heatshrink in one connectors. I may go back and redo them with regular butt connectors and heat shrink.

I'm not sure what math technique you are trying. I see that your WB is reading 12:1, and your tables are targeting 10:1. Your global fuel is off by a factor of ~20% (lean). I would take the 20% and add it to your -61.7% global and try another pull at -41.7%

If this jump seems too big for your tastes, splt the difference and see how the AFR results change with -51.7% global fuel

That's basically what I'm talking about just using math from Scott lairds sd wot tuning vids.
 
Based on your profile picture, you have a 2Gb Cam sensor installed. Assuming the wiring to the injector triggers is stock, you should enable this non-95-96 CAS checkbox in link.

And in doing this id have to change the firing order correct? I've tried that before and won't run at all
 
That checkbox has no impact to spark. You would barely notice the difference when enabling it. It will sequence the injectors.

What fuel are you running? The more stable the fuel, the higher you can set your AFR targets. Most WB sensors are blind in the super rich 9.8:1 - 10:1 realm which is right where the stock DA tables are set. Even if you are running 91 oct pump gas, you can safely target 10.5:1 as a max rich target.

Before you move on to adjusting the VE table for speed density, I recommend establishing some new DA targets for AFR.

After that - extend the pull up to 5k, then 6k, then 7k at this 17-18 psi boost level looking for knock. If you find Knock, lift. If you don't find knock, keep going until redline.

awesome thanks for the info and insight. Im running 93 oct and yeah those are the stock da tables. was just trying to get wb matching target before leaning out more.
 
consider, you were already lean, 12:1 and calamity did not occur. Targeting 10.5:1 is way safer than that. No use trying to reach 9.5:1 just to match a stock target you never want to be at. :cool:

Here's a couple cruise logs to gander at. First one is before SD VE ADJ (combinedft) second is after. I do see some TPSdelta needing increased and will adjust that gradually until it stops asking for it.

this looks good - but your won't know if the global is set to the best spot until you get a longer pull into the 5-6k

The SD adjustments in the 2nd one with SD VE adjust looks a little smoother in the table overall compared to the "pre" adjust log. When you are done setting the global deadtime, reset your fuel trims and run this again to see what happens.
