What methods do you use for speed density tuning in ECUFlash?

Im finding that after moving directly to speed density, I am getting a great deal of hesitation and jerking from the below 100 load mark, 2500~ rpm and 80-90~ load.

I feel spoiled for having Auto tune in tuner studio for megasquirt.

My timing is also fairly low it seems. Im using the big maps SD base map. completely unmolested, pardon the adjustments required for my car. 0 at anything over 300 load, 0 knock sum.

Advise?

I can post logs and my gear if required as well.

Here are two logs.
