I have been unable to remove the axle from the hub on a 95 tsi AWD will not move. I have tryed to locate a used spindle unable to find anything. Just looking for some advice.

I couldn't seperate mine either, even with a press and torch. I ended up having to get a whole new axle end, spindle, and wheel bearing.

To help you in your search, you can use the rear spindle from any 2g DSM (n/t, fwd, awd), as well as some of the older sebrings and avengers. You do need a wheel bearing for a 2g AWD though. The only place I found the axle end was from the dealership and it was quite expensive.

Have you tried an acetylene torch to get it good and hot?

glowing red hot and a 35 ton press all it did was deform it.

You shouldnt have to buy another spindle. On the LSD cars(dont know if its the same on non LSD) you can remove the 4 bolts holding the wheel bearing on. Remove the axle shaft from the outter CV joint and the outter joint is just small enough to be pressed out of the spindle along with the wheel bearing. The wheel bearing should separate from the spindle easy enough, got mine out with a sledge hammer because I had the same problem as you. Bad news is a new axle from Raxles is 190 bucks and the wheel bearing is around 130. Good luck.
