Resolved 2G Oil Pan or Rear main seal leaking

So long story short. Were a bit of metal flakes in the oil. Pulled the pan and decided to change all bearings. Including the main. Everything torqued to spec and all good.(Crankshaft was loose with no girdle for 1 hour max)Now started the car and i see a nice drippy stream of fresh oil. Can somebody tell me this is the rear main or just the oil pan. I now tried to put some rtv on the oil pan seam and will check tomorrow if it had succes.

Solution
For the people interested. It was indeed just the pan. Toon trans off and saw that it was just the pan. Changed the rear main while I was there.

So there is no issue replacing main bearings with the engine still in the car for this example

How did you seal the pan? Since the crank was loose, it could potentially put uneven pressure on and damage an older rear main seal.
Hopefully that tapping sound is just HLA's.
 
Pan is cleaned and rtv like suggested in the manual. That's the thing I was scared about, but say some post saying it is no issue doing it like that (changing the mains with engine in the car). Engine was freshly built two years ago (with a new rear main) so I really hope so to. Was also not leaking before
