2G N/A Bad Throttle Position Switch???

Can my TPS be going bad even if it's not throwing my check engine light?

I can push the pedal down while driving and I don't speed up much at all.
No clutch slippage, no head gasket or compression issues.

Could my Vacuum also be backwards somewhere?

Sounds more like a plugged exhaust, ignition problem, or fuel problem. When was the last time you changed plugs, wires, and fuel filter?

I just recently changed the spark plugs within a month, just got new plug wires when i replaced the plugs. I havent touched the fuel filter yet, but the fuel pump is new. I removed my restricted cat and hope to increase the inlet/outlet diameter, but now I have a test pipe on.

If you feel that there is a problem with the tps than test it with a multimeter.

Yes, the tps can be bad and not throw a code. But they tend to get bad spots in them. Usually at the spot you hold the pedal when you are maintaining cruise speed. Change your fuel filter first.
