Will two messed up honeycombs in the mas cause my car to throw a cel?

The two sides ones are really jacked. By that I mean smashed pretty good. The other two are just fine.

You need to get a haynes manual ($20 new, I got mine for $7 on ebay) and an analog voltmeter/ohmeter ($10) at autozone and check the code. If it's for a MAS then you can bet that's the problem.

I have the Hayne's manual. Just waiting for my laptop to get fixed so I can pull the code.

in a 1g you can remove them completely and run just fine i have all removed and silencer removed and i run just dandy for the last 5 years, no cel's here

That's not normal. Many people have problems with just one honeycomb removed.

I think he might be talking about the stock 1g mas. So I checked it and yeah it's definitely the MAS that is the problem. Oh well, gives me a reason to get a 3"GM like I've been planning.
