2g kicker panel on the passenger floor Can i relocate it tothe center behind the ecu

I know this is the abs sensor and brain i am gonna keep it but i wanna relocate it to the center console behind the ecu.

I ask cause both metal covers and mount i am removing for weight reduction.

I wanna know will it be fine or does it need to stay in that angle to work?
