Well I can see the finish line of this 6 year restoration and let the frustration begin! Nothing like restoring a 30 year old unloved/parts discontinued old flame. Essentially I restored my old race car that I've had for over 20 years. It's going to be a car meet / sunny day queen from here on out... That is if I can get it running. So this build I tried to modernize the car so it will drive crisp and have all the modern car options and flexibility from the ever shrinking Mitsu parts catalogue. But she just doesn't want to run. It will fire but the crank trigger says the tooth count is different then the settings.
First it's a 6 bolt swap
Kiggley Racing 12-1 Crank trigger
Modified black top 6 bolt cam trigger (home signal)
1000cc high z FIC injectors (I did the mapping on these so this could possibly be it)
63mm Mitsubishi Endeavor DBW
2G coil OEM coils
Haltech S2
Should be able to download and see the map this way.
Anyhow if any Haltech guru's could look at this and see if anything jumps out at them it would be awesome. I'm not sure what stone to turn here. I'm going to put it at TDC when I get a chance and make sure the home signal isn't 180 out but after that I got notta. Fuel, spark, air... all there. It stumbles but for sure doesn't want to run.
