Where do you guys prefer to buy 2g gst axle's from? And if so what brand. I'm looking to replace mines.
Car has been really loud on the inside lately when I reach speeds of over 30 mph. I think it's my hub also so I'm looking to replace that to. I just moved and can't find my manual. Can the hub job be done by hand?
Thanks!

I recently replaced the Wheel Bearing on the Driver side. We went ahead and bought a brand new Axle as well because we couldn't get the axle nut off without damaging it. So do what you can I guess. Any store has a warranty, just buy new.

I usually buy autozone for my civic. I think it's duralast or something. Works pretty well and last also. I think it comes with the life time warrenty with core exchange from autozone. I might just end up there!

ya go threw autozone or schucks or something like that and get the lifetime warranty ones! its nice ive snapped a few axles and i just bring them in and get a new one! and hub wise same thing but they dont have lifetime on those!

Advanced Autoparts has brand new axles for $70 a piece... GSP brand.

your gettin a hum or something?? I thought my rear right wheel bearing was going out until I figured out my ebrake shoe was binding.

Lifetime warranties cool when your fwd with 400+hp LOL.

I'd suggest Autozone for your hub and axles....especially warranty wise. :thumb:

Man I went everywhere in fresno. autozone, napa, car quest, kragen. No one had my axles. Only special order. Are these car really that special that no one stocks them, LOL. The cheapest was kragen with the fast two day shipping. And then autozone which I'll be getting it from maybe sometime next week. The noise is starting to get louder and more annoying.

And last thing, I think I buy the no abs correct?

Advance should have them and have Brand New ones... You can use the abs ones in a none abs car. The only difference is that it has a toothed ring it, it does not interfer with anything.

Dang...well good luck on finding them. Yes they are special cars, but not that special. I had no problem getting mine, but I am also in Atlanta, GA...not Fresno. ABS or NonABS, both will work. :)
