2g ecu in 1g

My motor is a 6bolts with 2g pistons,the compression is 150psi on all 4cylinder ,i put the 2g timing in my dsm linc .Is it true if i run a 2g computer it wil be easier to tune?

a 2g ecu wont plug right in unless you do a ton of re-wiring, but even at that i dont think it would work.

No. It would be harder to tune the 2G ECU to run a 1G. Get a 1G eprom ECU and get youself link and it will be just as easy to tune as a 2G ECU.

Yes it does work ,my friend made a special adapter to run a 2g ecu in a 1g.
