2g clear hood?

Where is a current place/site to get a clear hood? I've seen old posts but those are dead links now I just see it as if I'm going to put $8000 in an engine I want people to see it but also want it protected

you gotta put up a picture of your engine bay if it is worth having a clear hood

They don't make them anymore. The acrylic was prone to cracking and discoloring. Those who had them would only use them on the car for display at the shows, they were not strong enough for using daily since they did not have reinforcement molded into them. Basically to be transparent it was only a hood shell with no structure under it
