272 cams, Car stalls a lot when not warmed up fully

Is this a tuning issue? Is there anything I can do to help with the stalling of these cams in or is it just the nature of beast? Also if needed I can post a log. I dont really have a tune yet any suggestions?

Yes its somthing with the tune. When I first had my gsc s2 I had to hold the gas peddle down to keep her from stalling till it warmed up. Took it to my tuner and he adjusted a few things and problem solved

Do you have adj cam gears? If so, degreeing them would be the very best solution.
If not, you will need to change idle speed, higher. Mess around with low mafcomp slider and even deadtimes to get it idling right again.
Like i have read, if the cams are degreed in, you should be able to idle at a stockish 800rpm with no missing or loping really. Especially with 272s, shouldnt have that much of a change.
I cheaped out and didnt get cam gears so my Crower 272s were put in straight up. Had to raise idle to about 950-1050 to find the sweet spot. It sounds nice but, as others have repeatedly stated, turbo cars dont like overlap. Thats what gives you that "cool" sounding loping at idle

i have 264 272 and my car didn't stall but i did have to raise the idle to 950 so the brake booster would have more vacuum and it also helped with the slight idle surge . the wideband would go from 14.7 to very lean 16 . it started doing this after i switched to a 272 cam .
