I'm having a crazy time trying to figure out the size of the bolts on my turbo. I'm replacing gaskets and want to replace these 20 year old seized up bolts with new ones.

Mitsubishi td06 20g

The 02 housing bolts are M10x1.25

The manifold to turbo bolts are not M10x1.25 or M12x1.25

I'm tired of buying bolts and taking them back...

Any idea?

Why don't you post pictures of your setup? Have you tried pulling a bolt & taking it to Ace Hardware or somewhere similar in order to get a correct thread pitch & size?

20 year old bolts? That for sure means the info you need is DOCUMENTED SOMEWHERE. Search harder.

I will post a picture later...
I have been to ace, lowes, home depot, autozone, pep boys, advanced auto parts, and summit racing.... No one can figure out the size...

I just need the stupid size of these bolts man.... Once i figure out the size i will order some good bolts

My guess is these are 1/2-20's (maybe 1/2-13) & your housing has a T3 flange. Anyway, there's a good chance your fastener might not be metric.

Its going to be m10 1.25, if not then you have a housing thats been drilled snd tapped for imperial as no mitsu eve aftermarkets are imperial! They are all metric

Do you not have the ability to check the size and pitch of the thread with a simple thread measurer?
