2004 L300 van 4G64 SOHC 8 valve misfiring

Hi guys,
Replaced timing belt now engine misfiring, cylinder 4 not firing at all. Removed injector connector from cylindet 4 and no change in engine performance. Checked spark with a spark tester. Got spark on all plugs. Checked power at injectors and have power present on all four injectors. Can this no combustion state on cylinder four be the result of misalignment of timing marks on the cam sprocket, crankshaft sprocket and oil pump sprocket? Also can this issue be addressed by rotating the distributor.

I assume it ran on all 4 before you changed the timing belt?
Does your 4G64 have balance shafts (Silent Shafts)? Mis-alignment at the oil pump doesn't usually cause anything other than vibration on cars with balance shafts and doesn't matter on cars that don't.
Alignment of the crank and cams is critical as is the distributor.
What's your compression look like on all 4?
