1ga to late 1ga/1gb wing conversion

i like the look of the late model 1g wings much better then the early model ones where they rap around the whole car up to the mirrors. i will post comparison pics.

how hard would it be to convert , and what kind of body work would need to be performed to successfully do this conversion ?

I had both cars a 1ga and 1gb to add to the collection i love dsms,but i would pull off the 1ga and mount the 1gb, and fill in the holes, prime and paint. I never pulled the 1ga spoiler off before. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/appearance-interior-exterior/174733-1gb-spoiler-1ga.html

The 1gb talon spoiler does look nice doesnt it.But i also like the wrap around 1ga spoilers too.Its different,and maybe thats why i like it.

yeah i like it better my 91 gsx had the late model spoiler and my 92 gst as well. my last 2 91 talons however don't have the late model spoiler. at least i have the better looking tail lights .

The 1Ga wing shown is more a Talon thing than a 1Ga.

I don't have any 90 GSX pictures handy to be sure but I remember them pretty much looking like mine below. It's a 91 GSX. Note it's pretty much the same as what you call a 92 wing.

One difference you will note between the various wings is if they go to the base of the rear window or to behind the rear wiper.

Ill buy your spoiler if you decide to get rid of it. At least the side pieces, my center is fine.

yeah steve my 91 gsx was the same way, i dont like the talon wing. i want it to look like yours .
