1ga idling a 4K after pedal assembly replacement

This is my first Dsm I just got the pedal assembly welded and reinstalled, its reading -18 on my boost gage I don't remember it being that high any ideas of what's going on would be appreciated

With stock cams normal vacuum should see around -20. If the only thing you did was the pedal assembly and you now have a 4k rpm idle I would suggest looking at your throttle cable.

Wasn't that now it's surge idling and when I unplug The idle speed sensor it starts idling high again

Do a BLT and report back. If you have a boost leak you will most likey idle high when you disable the idle speed sensor. Search for Idle surge you will find more information than is funny in regards to dsm's.

No drop in pressure, what's it supposed to idle at? It's still idle surging 1200-2000 rpm

Idle surge can be frustrating as a lot of us here have most likely gone through it. Stick with it..
Also did you use some soapy water with your BLT on anywhere that sees boost. Then watch for bubbles.
