420a sputters after 4k

ok so ive put n new plugs, wires, fuel filter, changed the oil and filter, and about a couple hundred miles later it decided it doesn't want to run past 4k. anyone have any ideas? I have a video on my lg vue but im not sure how to upload it off my mini SD card

Ive told about a million people this, when i bought my talon i had the same problem. remove and cleat you IAC and than if that dosnt help buy a new one and replace it. that sould fix your problem
