1g Talon sarts but stumbles all the way up rpms..

So im trying to figure out what this is. I changed the coil pack,plugs and wires. What happens is when i start it barely wants to idle,i give it gas and it wants to shut off,or when it warms up a little i floor it and the rpms just stumble up slowly,as if its missfiring or something. Bas tpd,iac or isc? Any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks!

any cels the first thing i got when i did my turbo swap was to get a logger to help with cels.

What about ignition timing? It could be off a bit....

it did throw a cel before but then i did remove the battery a few times so its cleared.. What do you guys use to read the codes?

Go over the plug wires again, sounds like you might have mixed up the connections at the coil.

I agree with 92nolatist. Check to make sure ignition timing is correct. 1G's should be set at 5* BTDC

Sounds right to me, but did you go out and verify. If the only thing you changed is coil and wires I would assume the problem lies there although I have had completely unrelated issues pop up during repairs... Seems to be the DSM way.

i was just going to replace the tps,as this went out on 2 other 1gs i had but the cars would still start and idle,it would just miss if i would go into boost,so im assuming i can rule that out..?

Unplug one injector at a time, replacing the previous one as you go. Try to narrow down if a cylinder or a pair of cylinders aren't firing.

Check for spark in those cylinders. If no spark, pull the plug out and see if the plug is wet with fuel. That will at least narrow it down a bit.

ill try this,thing is i just replaced the coil pack,wires and plugs! Gapped at .28

There still may not be power and/or a signal going to one of the coils.

Make sure the coolant plug on the thermostat housing doesn't have a broken wire.

so i just read in another thread,and made me think,i was working on it the other day and made contact with something by the filter and caused a spark. So i checked the 80amp fuse for the alt and i believe its blown. Can that be the problem? Also,this is going to sound noobish,but how do i remove that damn fuse?

*RESOLVED** it was the fuse..smh.. but also noticed that my turbo almost sounds like it gurgling or something,hmmmm..?
