1G Rear Subframe & Mustache Poly Bushings

Hello, I purchased some bushings from Ostar a few weeks ago. They have not replied or answered their phone in weeks and was wondering if they are still in business. I burned out my bushings because I thought I was going to receive these parts but now I am second guessing that they will even arrive. Does anyone have a solution for finding these bushings and does anybody supply them anymore?

I was wondering the same since none that are sold specifically say "REAR" at this point after looking at mine, the Fiba inserts are going to do the trick for me.

Rear bushes have been an issue for some time now. Ostar apparently started to do a small batch of them, but people have not confirmed yet. Apparently online, they are still in business still so for them not to respond is odd. Maybe try again and hope. if not your have to see about cancelling the order, but since you burned out the bushes, you may need to find some from another frame, some ones got stashed about, if they haven't burned them also

Can center the insert and fill it with poly or window weld then install the Fiba inserts on it. I didnt remove mine due to this same issue. It also looks like someone used window weld or something on mine

Been doing research on this but since I burned out the old ones I know that the center metal dowel sticks up towards the frame a bit and want to get that measurement correct. Also... I am not the best at centering things

I did a kit that works with the OEM rubbers to help support them and stiffen up the frame and I also designed NEW poly bushes!

If the 1G poly bushes are in demand maybe FIBA Motorsport can cover that sector as we are always looking to do more 1G products as asked for by so many .

Just some pics to show the kit we did produce and the POLY bushes that could be available (we designed 2 versions for the lower part as some keeep the frame to chassis bridge) since it is OEM This maybe the best option vs removing it

So this is the support kit for the OEM rubbers. slots all in place and supports alot more.

This is the full poly replacements (recessed underside cersion is for the factory crassis tie-in) Which likely will be the main way to go, I believe.
Only renders as Was not sure if it was something to push forward towards for the 1G AWD chassis or not. But I am seeing a lot more people looking for stock frame poly bushes over the last few months, of course the other mount will be done also on the back of the diff housing.

Honestly, we need this for the 1 g's. I've been searching for months and nobody makes a kit that is readily available...I just want something I can buy and install

I did get mine from ostar years ago when i did my toe eliminator kit, they had one set i stock, im tempted to pull my rear off later. Bobby i like this gonna check it out.

I straight edged the top of the center dowel and got 12mm to the control arm. Hope this helps

Update on my purchase from Ostar. They do have the bushings but have limited stock! I had sent 3 emails, called 10 times, reached out on FB & Insta and they finally confirmed that they have the parts and that they will be shipping out to me today. I purchased these on their website 18 days ago. If you order from them I hope your turn around time is better than mine!
