1g head should be how much $? Other ?'s too

How much should a 1g complete head be? With all part necessary to do a swap onto a 4g64? All the radiator hoses and intake manifold? Please help me, my friend wants $350 for everything, good deal or no. The valve cover has been taken off and the cams are all dusty and have like grass and stuff in there, what to do for that?
