Hello all,

APPLIES FOR CALIFORNIA SMOG!!!!

I've searched around for quite the time and maybe I did not search deep enough but for the life of me, i was not able to find any information on smog when having a 1g head on a 7bolt block in california. I have bought this engine and they did the vacuum reduction and i already know it will not pass smog with that, but i was wondering putting back the EGR and doing all the hoses will the engine pass smog?

In which leads my next request(depending on the answer). Anyone in california, bay area preferred, have a 1g EGR that i can possibly borrow to pass smog:pray:. I have looked numerous junk yards and all a no-go.

Your help is most appreciated.

Its worth a try but i doubt it would make too much of a difference. But i had a question also, Why have a 1g head on a 2G, I thought 2g heads had larger Ports
