1G Head Identification help!

I've got a 6 bolt Turbo engine and i recently had the tensioner give out... the head off the 6 bolt turbo says 2.0 and below says 3 behind the thermostat housing... i have a head laying around from a previous car i had that was extra, he has no idea what it was off of or anything.. i believe its a non turbo 7 bolt but not 100% that head says 2.0 and below says 5.... how would i identify this head? ive heard smaller coolant jackets, and intake ports...

Small more round intake ports is 7 bolt. Huge rectangle ports are 6 bolt.

1g 7 bolt heads have the same size intake ports as a 6 bolt, 2g 7 bolts have the smaller ports. I am running a 7 bolt head on my 6 bolt. If the head says 2.0 it will work, just do the oil port mod.

valves, springs and retainers are all the same?

scratch that are just the valves the same? i can still use my springs and retainers..?
