Resolved 1G externally-cooled oil filter housing - what filter?

I just went to do my first oil change on my car today and i realized i got the wrong filter because I went to do it and the filter I had was a tiny filter and appears to be from a 2g or something and the real oil filter im supposed to use is huge and is located by the oil pan on what I think is an external oil filter housing? What model # does this filter use?

I don't know what you mean by "external oil filter housing", but for the larger filters...look for a NAPA (Wix) P/N# 21381. You can also cross reference Fram's P/N which is 3950PH.
