1G Control arm rubbing back of rotor

Hey guys I have the 93 big brake upgrade on my 92 and out of no where my control arm by the ball joint starts eating into the rotor. This happens when driving and more when turning. Also I have Megan coil overs and a new control arm. Never happened before until the other night. There's no play when I raise the car up and it only does it when it on the ground

I assume you are talking about the front. I had the same issue when installing my Stoptech BBK and the instructions actually tell you to massage the tip of the control arm with a hammer to create a few millimeter gap.
